1The parties

Service provider: Nawafez (نوافذ), an Egyptian website-renovation company, 27 Al Jazeera Al Wousta, Cairo 11211, Egypt, info@nawafezco.com ("Nawafez").

Client: the company or business that orders the service and pays the deposit.

2Accepting these terms

The client's agreement to these terms together with payment of the 50% deposit constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

3The service and packages

Nawafez designs and builds a website for the client according to the package the client chooses:

Every package includes: Mobile-friendly, WhatsApp button, basic SEO, a backup of your old site, the domain in your company's name.

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and exclude VAT, where applicable.

4Delivery time

Nawafez delivers the site within 72 hours, or within 7 days for the E-commerce package.

The clock starts from the later of: receipt of the deposit, and completion of what we need from the client (the access step for the site or domain, and the required content: text, photos, logo, contact details).

5Payment

1. 50% deposit before work starts.
2. 50% balance within 48 hours of the new site going live on the client's domain.

Payment method: InstaPay to the Nawafez account, with the order reference code in the note. Nawafez issues a receipt or invoice for each payment.

6Revert and refund guarantee

If the balance is not paid within 48 hours of launch, Nawafez restores the client's old site exactly as it was from the backup and refunds the deposit in full, automatically.

Before any change, Nawafez takes a full backup of the old site. Details in the refund policy.

7Revisions

Each package includes revisions within its scope during the 14 days after delivery: Quick Refresh 3, Business + Catalog 4, Business Plus 4, E-commerce 4.

Anything outside the scope (extra pages or products, an extra language, integrations) is priced separately and done only after the client's written approval.

8The client's obligations

• Provide the required content and the access step.
• Warrant that it has the right to use the text, photos and marks it provides.
• Review the design and respond to each delivery.

9AI-enhanced images

The images in the initial preview are illustrative; some are enhanced from the client's own photos with AI tools. The final site uses the client's photos, or enhanced images the client approves in writing.

10Domain and hosting

• The domain is registered in the client's name and account, at the client's actual cost.
• External hosting costs (if any) are borne by the client at actual cost.
• The care plan is optional and offered after delivery: 3 months for EGP 1,500.

11Intellectual property

Ownership of the site design and the content made for the client passes to the client once all amounts due are paid. Nawafez may show the work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

12Personal data protection

• Nawafez may process personal data of the client's customers, such as contact-form messages and orders, as a data processor on the client's behalf, on its written instructions, and only to run the site.
• Nawafez complies with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.
• Nawafez takes appropriate security measures, does not disclose the data to third parties, and deletes or returns it when the relationship ends.
• The site includes a privacy policy and consent boxes on contact forms.

13Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential any business information they learn through this agreement.

14Limitation of liability

Nawafez's liability never exceeds the total amounts paid under this agreement. Nawafez is not liable for outages of third-party services, such as the domain registrar or the payment provider.

15Termination

Either party may end the agreement by written notice. On termination, Nawafez is entitled to payment for the work done up to that date, and any remainder of the deposit is refunded.

16Governing law

This agreement is governed by Egyptian law. Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, after an attempt at amicable settlement for 15 days.
