Refund policy

1The guarantee in short

You pay 50% upfront and the rest within 48 hours of the new site going live on your domain. If you don't complete payment, we restore your old site exactly as it was and refund the deposit in full. Automatically — you don't have to ask.

2Before we change anything

We take a full backup of your old site: files, database and domain (DNS) records. That is what we restore it from.

3The 48-hour window

  • It starts when the new site goes live on your domain.
  • We remind you before it ends: at 24 hours and at 44 hours.
  • If you pay the balance: the site is yours, you get a receipt or invoice, and revisions begin.

4If the balance isn't paid

  1. We restore your old site from the backup.
  2. We refund the deposit in full.
  3. We send you a message confirming both.

If you want the new design back at any time afterwards, just send «ابدأ» (start).

5How and when the money comes back

  • When: together with restoring your old site, right after the 48-hour window ends.
  • How: the same way you paid — InstaPay — to the account the deposit came from.
  • How much: the whole deposit, exactly as you paid it.

6If the agreement ends before delivery

Either party may end the agreement by written notice. In that case we are entitled to payment for the work done up to that date, and we refund the rest of the deposit the same way. Details in the terms.
